Does Mother Bee Maternity have any stores?

Mother Bee Maternity does not have any physical stores available. You may purchase Mother Bee Maternity clothing by ordering online at motherbeematernity.com   

What are my delivery options?

Mother Bee Maternity is happy to offer shipping throughout the domestic US, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX, and in many cases utilize more than one carrier and service, which will depend on service availability and area of service. Where is my order?

You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Please click on the link related to your chosen carrier method and enter your personal tracking code to get the most up to date tracking information. Should your item not arrive within the stated delivery times please contact our customer service team.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-10 business days. See our shipping policy section for more details on the various shipping options available.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you have changed your mind, simply return the unwanted items for a refund when they arrive and place a new order for the ones you'd like. Eligible returns will receive a refund to the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping of returned, unwanted items. How do I return items from my order?

Please refer to our returns policy. Refunds for purchased items will be paid once we have received the items back at our returns department, and have accepted that they are in a resalable condition. Postage will be refunded only if we have made an error in shipping the wrong item or if there is a fault. As maternity specialty brand we understand the importance of fit and being entirely satisfied with your purchase.

 What size should I buy?

At Mother Bee Maternity, we understand that judging your size during pregnancy can be quite the struggle. Mother Bee Maternity clothes are designed to fit true to size and to grow with you throughout the entirety of your nine months of pregnancy. We suggest ordering your regular pre-pregnancy size. If we believe there is a change in the way the garment fits we will ensure that this information is included in the product description. Please view our size guide linked for further information.
